Deliveries in the UK
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Most of our gifts are personalised to order, so please allow time for the product to be Personalised as well as the time for delivery.

A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon. Therefore, the next day counts as day 1 when orders are received after 12 noon.

When ordering for multiple items please note that they may be despatched and delivered separately. You will not be charged additionally for this.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes, this applies to all Urgent deliveries.
DELIVERY TERMS & DETAILS
I Love it Personalised will despatch the Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, for example, you would like I Love it Personalised to post directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Once delivered you will become the owner of these Products. After delivery they will be held at your own risk and I Love it Personalised will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
We operate on business/working days, Monday to Friday only, so weekends and bank holidays do not count in the production or delivery timescales quoted. Orders placed before 12 noon begin production that day, while orders received after this time begin the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend will begin production on Monday. A day is defined as a working day - Monday to Friday. We do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the production and delivery timescales quoted.
DELIVERY (P&P) CHARGES
Standard UK Delivery by RM: FREE
This will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery after your order has been despatched.
Express UK Delivery: £5.95
This will be delivered by our courier as a priority service. Please allow 1-2 working day after despatch for delivery Monday to Friday, in some cases the courier may try to deliver over a weekend but this down to the discretion of the courier company only.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to our products all being personalised we can not offer a refund or cancellation of an order in the following circumstances:

Customer receives order and changes thier mind

Orders can not be changed or cancelled once in production

Any order with spelling mistakes, so please check carefully when making the order
We will offer a refund or replacement if the item has arrived damaged, photo's of the outer pakaging and product will be required to show the damage, or a design or spelling mistake that was an error from our team.
