Personalised Steakhouse Rectangle Wooden Chopping Board

I placed my order, and received an order confirmation, that was the only communication I received, even after chasing with follow up emails, I received no updates, the order arrived after I needed it and was filthy on the back of the board. I would t use this company again. Pitiful customer service and disappointing product.

After thinking I purchased this gift in enough time for Christmas (15th November), I attempted to contact the company at the beginning of December with no luck. After the 3rd attempt and no reply I ended up buying another board from a different company to ensure it was delivered on time (2nd company received within the week). 1 month after ordering and no update it has now showed up, I am now out of pocket and have a spare board which I have no use for as they are personalised there is no refund option. No issues with the product so if you don't mind when it shows up and have no timeline it would be fine.

Bought as a gift for a friend, Well made and worth the money. Thank you.
